CS2 Skin Price Checker
This free CS2 skin price checker shows the current lowest listing for the most-traded skins, knives, gloves, and cases — compared across Steam Community Market, CSFloat, Skinport, and other major marketplaces in one table. Instead of opening six tabs and eyeballing listings, you get one number per item: the cheapest live price and where it is right now, as of August 31, 2026.
I built this table for the way people actually shop. Before I buy anything — a $9 Glock Water Elemental or a four-figure knife — I want to know the floor price across markets so I never overpay on the first site I open. That habit has saved me more money than any trading trick, and it is the single best habit a new buyer can copy.
How to read the prices (and not get burned)
Each row shows the lowest live listing we found across the marketplaces we track, and which venue holds it. Three things matter before you act on any number. First, a lowest listing is not a fair-value estimate — one desperate seller can print a temporarily silly number, in either direction. If a price looks too good, check the float and pattern before celebrating; a 0.37 Field-Tested listing is priced like the wear tier it barely clings to, as our Field-Tested guide explains.
Second, fees change what a price means. A $100 listing on Steam is not comparable to a $100 listing on a cash marketplace: Steam’s combined 15% cut and wallet-only proceeds mean sellers there price with different math than sellers who can withdraw real money. Our guide to selling CS2 skins walks through the exact arithmetic of what you actually receive on each venue.
Third, timing. Skin prices move with the whole market cycle — they surged through 2025, corrected hard after the October 2025 update, and have been recovering through 2026. A price that looks high today may be the new normal in a month. If you want the “why” behind those swings, start with why CS2 skin prices drop.
Why prices differ between marketplaces
The same Field-Tested AK-47 Redline can be listed at meaningfully different prices on Steam, CSFloat, and Skinport at the same moment, and the spread is not a bug — it is the market’s structure. Steam has the most buyers but locks proceeds in wallet funds, so its prices trend highest. Cash-out marketplaces attract sellers who want real money and price more aggressively. Regional platforms swing with their own supply and demand. The practical takeaway: buyers usually save on third-party markets, while sellers should compare their net after fees rather than the sticker price. The Steam Community Market remains the reference point everyone prices against.
What this checker tracks
We track a curated catalog rather than all 29,000+ items in the CS2 economy: benchmark rifles like the AK-47 Redline and M4A1-S Printstream, the AWP icons up to the Dragon Lore, entry knives and the Karambit Fade, budget-favorite gloves, and the active drop-pool cases whose own prices became an asset class. Curation is deliberate: a smaller catalog means every price stays inside our refresh window instead of rotting quietly. For items we don’t track, the reading skills above transfer directly — and our first skin buying guide shows how to evaluate any listing from scratch.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate are the prices in this CS2 skin price checker?
Every price is the lowest live listing pulled directly from marketplace APIs, stamped with the date it was fetched. Listings move constantly, so treat the number as a snapshot: always confirm on the marketplace itself before you buy or sell.
Which marketplaces does the checker compare?
We aggregate listings from major venues including Steam Community Market, CSFloat, Skinport, Market.CSGO, CS.MONEY, and BUFF.Market, and show you where the current lowest price sits.
Why is the Steam Market price often higher than other sites?
Steam takes a combined 15% fee and its balance can never be cashed out, so buyers effectively pay a convenience premium. Third-party marketplaces compete on fees and support real-money withdrawal, which usually pulls their listings a little lower.
Why does wear matter so much for the price?
The same skin can cost several times more in Factory New than in Battle-Scarred. Wear is set by the float value fixed at unboxing — our float guide explains the exact ranges and why small float differences move prices.
Do you track every CS2 skin?
No — we deliberately track a curated set of the most-searched skins, knives, gloves, and cases so every price stays fresh within our refresh schedule. The catalog grows over time; email us if a skin you care about is missing.
Is this checker free? Do you sell skins?
It is completely free and we never buy, sell, or hold items or money. We are an information site; the checker exists so you can walk into any marketplace knowing what a fair price looks like.
How do I check the exact float of a specific listing?
Use the in-game inspect or a float checker with the listing’s inspect link. Our step-by-step guide on how to check CS2 float walks through both methods in about two minutes.
What should I do if a price here looks wrong?
Email us — price corrections get priority. Marketplace APIs occasionally return a stale or manipulated listing, and we would rather pull a number than show a misleading one.
