Contact CS2 Skin Prices
CS2 Skin Prices is run by one person, and every message that arrives is read by that person. There is no ticket system, no chatbot, and no support tier — just an inbox. That has downsides (replies are not instant) and one big upside: when you write in, you are talking directly to the person who can actually fix the thing you are writing about.
How to reach us
Email is the only contact channel: sukiesupportlove@gmail.com. You can expect a reply within 2–3 days for most messages. A clear subject line — “Price error: AK-47 Redline FT” beats “hey” — genuinely speeds things up, because it lets urgent reports get pulled to the front of the queue.
We do not have social media support accounts, a Discord server, or a phone line. If a message claims to be from CS2 Skin Prices on any platform other than that email address, it is not from us — treat it as an impersonation attempt.
What to contact us about
- Corrections. Wrong prices, outdated numbers in guides, factual mistakes, broken links. Price errors get top priority — a wrong price is worse than no price, and we would rather hear about it twice than not at all. Include the page URL and, if you can, a screenshot.
- Guide suggestions. If there is a question about the skin economy you could not find a good answer to — here or anywhere — tell us. A meaningful share of the guides on this site started as a reader email.
- Partnership and press. Journalists and researchers are welcome to quote our guides with attribution and a link; email us for anything beyond that. Note that we do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts, or affiliate partnerships, so pitches of that kind will be declined.
- DMCA and legal. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email us with the specific URL and the basis of your claim. Legitimate takedown requests are handled promptly.
What we can’t help with
Some requests land in the inbox regularly that we genuinely cannot act on, and it is kinder to say so up front:
- Recovering scammed items. We have no ability to reverse trades, contact scammers, or recover stolen skins — nobody outside Valve does, and even Valve’s policy is generally not to restore scammed items. What we can offer is prevention: our guide to CS2 skin scams covers the common schemes and how to avoid them.
- Valve and Steam account issues. Trade holds, VAC bans, locked accounts, missing items — these all go through official Steam Support. We have no line to Valve and no affiliation with them.
- Buying or selling on your behalf. We do not trade with readers, broker deals, hold items, or appraise inventories for a fee. Anyone offering to do those things in our name is a scammer.
Our correction policy
When you report an error and it checks out, we fix the page and update its visible “last updated” date so the correction is transparent, not silent. Live prices refresh automatically from marketplace APIs on our normal schedule, so a stale price usually resolves itself — but if a number looks broken rather than merely old, report it, because that can indicate a data-feed problem we need to fix by hand. The full standards we hold our content to are in the editorial policy.
What to expect after you write
Every legitimate email gets read. Corrections and legal notices are answered first, usually within 2–3 days; suggestions and general questions may take a little longer during busy stretches, since one person handles the inbox alongside running the site. If you have not heard back within a week on something time-sensitive, it is fine to send a polite follow-up — email does occasionally go astray. Bulk link-exchange requests and automated SEO pitches are the one category that does not receive a reply.
