Acceptance of these terms
By using CS2 Skin Prices (cs2skinprices.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple: do not use the site. We have kept these terms short and in plain English on purpose — there is nothing hidden in the phrasing, and the plain meaning is the intended meaning.
What this site is
CS2 Skin Prices is an informational and educational website about Counter-Strike 2 skins and the market around them: price data, guides to floats and wear, cases, knives, trading, and skin investing. Just as important is what it is not:
- It is not financial advice. Skins are volatile virtual items; nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything, and past prices do not predict future ones.
- It is not a marketplace. You cannot buy, sell, or trade skins here, and we never hold your items or your money. Every transaction you make happens on a third-party platform under that platform’s terms.
- It is not a gambling site and does not promote skin gambling.
Price data disclaimer
Prices shown on this site come from third-party marketplace APIs. We refresh them regularly and label them with “as of” dates, but they can lag the live market, contain upstream errors, or be momentarily unavailable — none of which we control. Prices here are reference information, not quotes or offers. Always verify the current price on the marketplace itself before buying or selling anything. If a figure in one of our guides disagrees with a live price, the live price is the more current of the two, per our editorial policy.
No affiliation with Valve
Counter-Strike 2 is a trademark of Valve Corporation. This site is an independent fan-made resource: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Valve Corporation or Steam. Skin names and game imagery are referenced for identification and commentary. For anything involving your Steam account or items, Valve’s own support channels are the only official route.
Intellectual property
The original content on this site — guides, analysis, data compilations, and site design — belongs to CS2 Skin Prices. You are welcome to quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page; journalists, video creators, and researchers do this regularly and we encourage it. What you may not do is republish our pages wholesale, mirror the site, or pass our work off as your own, whether manually or by automated scraping for republication. If you want to use our content in a way these terms do not clearly allow, ask first — the answer is often yes.
Acceptable use
Use the site like a normal human reader. Do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, hammer it with automated bulk requests, use it to facilitate scams or fraud, or misrepresent yourself as being affiliated with CS2 Skin Prices. We may block access from sources that abuse the site.
